This be my second contribution to OSWD, all tables, with three oddly-spaced columns. If you wanted you could put some sort of background or design in the top and bottom columns to make it prettier. Once again, colors are easily changed. And changing the alignment of this layout is easy -- just switch around the order of the td's (switch "topbox" and "header", "content" and "navbox", and/or "bottombox" and "footer").
